individually packaged to insure quality. We
offer at least 15 days warranty on all models.

Your salesperson can let you know if the laptop
you intend to buy is covered by manufacturer or ALAM COMPUTERONIX warranty.
How do I replace a defective product?
We take pride in the laptops we sell. All units
have been thoroughly tested and have gone
through numerous diagnostics to ensure our high
quality standards. In the event of a warranty
issue, just send an e-mail to: alam_computeronix@live.com and request a Return
Authorization number and instructions. The
product will need to be sent within 90 days.
